Joe Hensley received his law degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1998. He is formerly the Chairperson of the Springfield Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Committee and was selected to participate in the Missouri Bar’s Leadership Academy. He is a member of the Jasper County Bar Association and licensed to practice in Missouri State and Federal Courts. He recently completed four years as the Attorney for the Jasper County Juvenile Office and serves on the Juvenile Courts Committee for the Missouri Bar.   He will continue his practice in the areas of
	civil litigation, appeals and trial practice, with an emphasis in construction law and family law including adoptions, divorce and custody matters. Joe is a certified Mediator and Guardian ad Litem. Joe, his wife, Dina, and their daughter, Ella, live in Webb City where Joe is active on the Board of Directors for the Joplin Family Y, Webb City R-7 Scholarship Foundation, and Webb City Booster Club, and they are members of the Central United Methodist Church.
		John Nicholas graduated from the University of Oklahoma college of Law in 1996. He is a member of both the Oklahoma and Missouri Bar Associations, and is licensed to appear in state courts in Missouri and Oklahoma, as well as in the United States District Courts, Western District of Missouri, and Northern District of Oklahoma. John practices primarily in the area of civil litigation providing counsel and litigation services in a wide variety of areas including banking law,  corporate law,  education law,  construction
	law, landlord/tenant law, personal injury law, family law, and probate and estate planning. Additionally, John is also currently serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Jasper County. John is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his B. A. in 1993. He is a member of the Jasper County Bar Association, serving as president in 2001-2002, and a member of the MSBA, Council of School Attorneys. John and his wife, Greta, have two boys, Joseph and Benjamin, and they are active members of Fairview Christian Church in Carthage.
